Vital information For all clients whom want to have permanent cosmetic makeup procedures performed: We only use the very finest, sterile pigments available. They do not contain IRON OXIDE and are MRI safe. Even though we combine this with the most advanced application techniques for our permanent makeup procedures, some of these procedures need to be repeated because the original application can fade anywhere from 25%. Individual chemical and genetic skin can affect the final result. We cannot accurately predict how much fading you might experience with your procedure. We sincerely hope that you are one of those lucky individuals who get perfect results with only one application, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please remember that the amount of pigment you retain or lose after your initial application is not a reflection of the quality of the therapist work. In case your procedure must be repeated, you have to wait at least 42 days (6 weeks) for the date of your original application.
Under no circumstances can an application be repeated within a time frame of less than 42 days (6 weeks). The tissue is not ready to absorb new pigment. Prices quoted for your permanent makeup is for your original permanent makeup procedure. Not all customers need touch-ups. Our prices are competitive, so you don’t have to pay extra for something you may not need. We charge half of your original price paid for your first procedure. Touch-ups are done in the same time as your firs procedure. LIP PRODEDURE
Pigment retention: It is extremely difficult to deposit permanent pigment into the tissue of the lips since lips do not have pores as the rest of the skin on your face. On the average, a permanent lip colouring procedure must be repeated an additional 2 times after the initial application, at intervals of not less than 6 weeks. The lip tissue is not accepted as a new pigment, until healing has taken place. It is quite possible and not too uncommon that a few days after your initial pigment application your lips will look like they had nothing done to them and that 50% of the pigment has disappeared. In addition, the colour may look blotchy due to the fact that pigment may take places and not in others. This can easily be taken care of with the touch-up procedure. You might feel that you just paid several hundred rand to have your lips coloured and you have received absolutely nothing in return. This is not the case. The tissue beneath your lips has been saturated with pigment and with subsequent applications you will notice a much greater deposit of pigment each time. Since each person has a different chemical and genetic skin, it is impossible for us to tell you in advance exactly how much pigment retention you can expect with each application and how many applications you ultimately will need. We promise that we will give you 100% pigment saturation with each application but the amount you retain is unpredictable.
